Kerry’s experience in employment law allows him to advise businesses on the full spectrum of related legal issues. Kerry is co-author of Damage Control: An Employer's Guide to Just Cause Termination.

04 Education
Kerry is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada (2003), the Barreau du Québec (2006) and is a registered trademark agent with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (2012). He holds a Bachelor of Philosophy degree from Mount Allison University, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick and studied Civil Law at McGill University.
