03 Employment

For employers, the information and cultural industries can present numerous challenges in terms of human resources. Kerry’s experience in employment law allows him to advise businesses on the full spectrum of related legal issues. Kerry is co-author of Damage Control: An Employer's Guide to Just Cause Termination.

04 Education

Kerry is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada (2003), the Barreau du Québec (2006) and is a registered trademark agent with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (2012). He holds a Bachelor of Philosophy degree from Mount Allison University, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick and studied Civil Law at McGill University.
